Bearwood Campers are proud to be approved and accredited fitters for the new Glide Motion Rail System for Ribs beds in Leicestershire and the Midlands. The fantastic Glide Motion system works on the 112cm, 120xl or 150cm RIB Altair Seat. It has been designed and developed by the experienced team at UK Camper Seating, and is certificated M1 pull tested in conjunction with the RIB Altair 112cm / 150cm seat design.
The Glidemotion rails and housing enable the Rib seat to move smoothly through the full length of the campervan. With 5 or 6 locking points the Glide motion Rib rail system gives a high level of flexibility for where to fix your seat. It is perfect if you have small children that you want to ride closer to the front of your campervan, or if you have a large amount of camping equipment to fit into the rear of the van from time to time.
After several years of looking for a Rib bed on rails system that met all the safety requirements whilst being light and simple to move whilst not breaking the bank, we have loved installing the Glide motion rails as our Rib bed on rails system. There is also the added bonus of the shortened Rib frame from UK Campervan Seating which solves the problem of Rib beds on rails not being suitable for people over 5ft 8inch.

We find that the Rock and roll beds that we fit into our customer's campervans are very comfortable due to the depth and the quality of the cushions that are used. You can improve the comfort further by adding a low cost Rock and roll bed topper.
All of the Rock n roll beds that we installed are M1 pull tested and certified as MOT compliant, safe and legal. if you buy a Rock n roll bed from elsewhere just make sure that it has the M1 pull test certification otherwise you could run into issues.
Rock and roll beds do not have Isofix, however, some car seats are compatible with the seat belts. It is always worth checking the car seat with the Rock n Roll bed before you order one.
Rock n roll beds tend to come in two widths. The 3/4 and the full. These tend to be 112cm and 150cm wide.
